Dennis: Hey, I`m the guy from the first fanclubmeeting (meet&greet) and the second. I hope you remember me. What do you do to stay fit except choreo training and performing on stage? Especially for your stomach muscles. Richie: well i run every day for at least 1 hour and i work out my tummy simpley by doing the hard stuff like crunchies and sit ups. it sucks but the results are good
